Case Study: Miami Hotel Achieved A 10X ROAS With Facebook Dynamic Ads for Travel

What’s the problem?

A trendy, beachfront Miami hotel was looking for a way to encourage users who had visited their website recently to return and complete a booking. They were also in need of a way to reach users who were in the beginning stages of the travel planning journey and had also shown an interest in traveling to Miami.

The goal was to drive users on social media to the hotel website, increase direct online bookings, and boost the website conversion rate.


How did we solve it?

In order to reach their targeted audience, two variations of Facebook Dynamic Ads for Travel were launched. The prospecting ads retargeted people whose online behavior suggested that they were planning travel to Miami. The ads highlighted the property’s selling points in addition to local events and holidays that draw in visitors. The retargeting ads reached users who had visited the hotel website and initiated a booking.


The Proof:


Seven months after implementing the Facebook Dynamic Ads for Travel, the hotel saw great results. The campaigns received over 500,000 impressions, over 6,000 clicks, and 71 bookings for a 10X ROAS.
