With a milestone anniversary and a year filled with unique and fun experiences with interactive events and activities, The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa needed a fresh and innovative way to generate awareness and attract guests to their landmark hotel for these exciting events.

What’s the end goal?

The goal was to drive engagement among key customer segments, increase the traffic to the website, increase their social media following, and boost natural search efforts.

How did we solve it?

Based on their goals, website promo slides, social media posts, social media custom images, and blog posts were created to be utilized throughout the quarter. Items were strategically paired together – such as social media custom images – with events/holidays all leading to an increase in engagement on the website and social media channels.

The Proof:

The content not only generated an increase of 7% in Facebook followers, a 127% increase in Natural Search keyword rankings, it also generated interest and demand for the hotel resulting in a 17% increase in bookings initiated.
